Returns are accepted on all items except unopened bales, sale items and branded and unbranded bundles.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Please contact us at email@example.com if you wish to return your items and if your return is accepted we will provide a shipping label - return postage is paid by the buyer and is subtracted from the refund amount.
Items must be returned in the same condition and with the same weight.
Items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note or full refund (excluding delivery costs).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
