Returns Terms and Conditions
Returns are accepted on all items except unopened bales (including those split into boxes for shipping), sale items and branded and unbranded bundles/reseller boxes.
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. Please contact us at pickvintagewholesale@outlook.com if you wish to return your items and we will look into the return request and let you know the outcome - return postage is paid by the buyer and it is the buyers responsibility to ensure delivery is made.
Items must be returned in the same condition and with the same weight.
Items can be exchanged or returned for a credit note or full refund (excluding delivery costs).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within 2 days of delivery we will assume that the order was accepted without issues.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
